  • All orders are processed within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email, so you can track the status of your order.

2. Shipping Rates

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • After your order is dispatched, the delivery time will depend on your location:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
    • Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location, local holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Methods

  • We partner with trusted third-party logistics companies to ensure the safe delivery of your order. Depending on the delivery location, we may use carriers like India Post, Blue Dart, DTDC, or other reliable courier services.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order by visiting the courier’s website or using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

5. Order Issues or Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, logistical delays, or high demand during certain seasons (e.g., festivals, sales) may cause slight delays.
  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Incorrect Address/Delivery Issues

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for the correct information. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

7. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  • Currently, we only allow shipping to a single address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery location.

8. International Shipping

  • At this time, Eastern Essence only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside India and would like to place an order, please contact our customer service for assistance with possible alternative solutions.
