1. Eligibility for Return
- We accept returns within 7 working days from the date your order is delivered.
- Damaged Products: A refund or replacement will only be processed if the product is received damaged, defective, or is incorrectly shipped.
- Natural Ingredients Disclaimer: As our products are crafted from high-quality natural ingredients, variations in texture, color, and scent are normal and do not qualify for a return. We do not accept returns based solely on personal preference or allergic reactions.
2. Mandatory Conditions for Return & Refund
- Unboxing Video: To ensure the safe handling of our products and verify claims, it is mandatory to record a video while unboxing your product. The video should clearly show the condition of the packaging and the product, and must be shared with our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving the order.
- The video should include:
- The outer packaging, including any damage (if applicable).
- The product inside, highlighting any visible damage or defect.
- If the video is not provided or the unboxing process is not clearly visible, we will not process the return or refund request.
3. Process for Returns & Refunds
- Step 1: Contact us at easternessence.info@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving your product. Please include the unboxing video, your order details (order number, name, and address), and a description of the issue.
- Step 2: Our team will review the video and your complaint. If the product qualifies for a return or refund, you will be given instructions on how to proceed with returning the item.
- Step 3: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Opened or used products, unless they are damaged or defective.
- Products that were purchased as part of a promotional or discounted offer, unless otherwise stated.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be initiated if the product is returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition (except in cases of damage during transit).
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account or another preferred method, as applicable.
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
